QC is easier when you check the same things in the same order. For bags, the goal is not to find tiny flaws for sport. The goal is to catch anything that would still bother you after international shipping.

Kako QC Lab treats this page from the QC table first: what can be checked, what needs another photo, and what would still bother you after shipping.

Photos to request

Ask for a full front or side view first, then detail shots around the areas most likely to fail. For bags, that usually means hardware color, stitching, strap length, logo placement, interior photos.

Pass, pause or replace

  • Pass when the item matches the listing and the important details are visible.
  • Pause when color, scale, stitching, labels or hardware cannot be judged from the photos.
  • Replace when the issue changes the way the item will look or fit after shipping.

Do not overreact to normal warehouse photos

Lighting can be flat, colors can shift, and small packaging marks happen. Focus on shape, alignment, visible materials and details that cannot be fixed once the parcel arrives.

The point is not to reject everything. It is to catch the problems that will be hard to ignore once the parcel arrives.
