Inspection request guide
Answers for using Kako QC Lab to review photos, measurements and product details before shipping.

Compare placement, spacing, edge shape and symmetry across the clearest photos. If the logo or stitch line is partly hidden, request a close-up instead of guessing from a cropped image.
Request measurements when sizing drives the decision: insole length for shoes, chest and length for hoodies or jackets, strap drop for bags, or diameter for small accessories.
A QC page should have enough image depth or checklist context to help inspection. Pages with thin image evidence should wait until better photos or clearer prompts are available.
