The Weidian QC Photo Request I Write Before Ordering

A QC-first note for writing the one photo request that can decide whether a Weidian sneaker, shoe or bag is ready to move forward.

01Review the full product
02Check useful details
03Request missing photos

I try to write the QC request before I order, not after. If I cannot name the photo that would change my mind, I probably have not looked closely enough at the listing.

For sneakers, the missing photo is often the heel or collar. For shoes, it might be the sole or side shape. For a bag, it is usually hardware or strap attachment. The category changes, but the habit is the same: name the risky part while the listing is still in front of you.

Start with the part the seller photo avoids

A seller photo can be clean and still unhelpful. It may show the best angle while avoiding the rear, the inside label, the bottom sole or the hardware close-up. That is why I start from the sneaker QC candidate shelf and look for what is missing, not only what looks good.

The request should be short. "Please show rear heel alignment and collar shape" is better than a vague request for more pictures. A clear request is easier for the agent and easier for you to judge later.

Measurement is not a backup plan

If sizing matters, ask for the measurement early. Waiting until the item arrives at the warehouse can still work, but the decision gets slower. For anything with uncertain fit, I want the insole or outsole note in the plan before checkout.

The photo-angle QC notes are useful because they keep the request tied to the visible problem. Do not ask for every possible angle. Ask for the angle that answers your concern.

When I would wait

I would wait if the listing depends on one polished photo and the risky part is hidden. That is not being picky for no reason. It is cheaper to wait for one useful image than to talk yourself into a pair you cannot inspect.

If the item is not a sneaker, use shoes that need QC review as a second shelf and write the same kind of request. One good photo request can save a lot of guessing.
