Guide inspection manual
Sneaker QC Photo Angles To Check Before Shipping
A practical QC Lab guide for side views, heel photos, sole edges, tags and measurement requests before shipping sneakers.
A sneaker can look fine in one seller photo and still need a slower QC pass. Start with the full side view because it shows the shape, toe slope, collar height and panel balance in one glance. Then ask for heel, outsole and tag photos when those areas are missing.
On Kako QC Lab, use the Sneakers inspection records first, then open the Sneakers QC path when you want a tighter photo-request path. The QC record table helps when you need to compare several records before picking one pair to send through an agent.
What to inspect first
Check whether the toe and heel are both visible, whether the logo area is sharp enough to read, and whether the outsole edge is hidden by shadow. If the side profile is cropped or blocked, treat that as a reason to request another warehouse photo.
Related inspection records
Before shipping, write one short request for the agent: full side view, heel view, outsole edge, size tag and insole measurement. That request is more useful than asking for every possible angle.
